Terms & Conditions

Welcome! By booking a session with CW Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to protect both you (the client) and me (Chelsey), and to ensure everything runs smoothly so we can create something beautiful together.

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer (details provided upon booking).

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date.

  • In the case of illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, I may suggest rescheduling your session.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date within 3 months.

Session Experience

  • Outdoor sessions will be held at a mutually agreed location around Dannevirke or the wider Tararua region. Studio sessions are held at my natural light studio in Dannevirke.

  • I take a relaxed, lifestyle approach to photography. This means there will be minimal posing and lots of movement and connection — perfect for little ones and real-life moments.

Image Delivery

  • Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 4 weeks of your session.

  • You will receive a selection of high-resolution digital images for download. Exact numbers vary depending on your session type.

  • RAW (unedited) files are not included and will not be released under any circumstances.

Copyright & Usage

  • All images remain the copyright of CW Photography.

  • You are welcome to print and share your images for personal use.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

  • I may use selected images for my portfolio, website, or social media. If you do not wish for your images to be shared publicly, please let me know in writing at the time of booking.

Client Responsibility

  • Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.

  • It’s your responsibility to communicate any specific image requests before the session begins.
